Introducing the new Portal invitation process! ComWeb Portal now allows for both manual and automated bulk registration invites for all residents. Both options can be sent company-wide, for multiple associations, or for single a single community. If homeowners don’t want to register and no longer want to receive automatic invitations, they can instantly unsubscribe from portal invitations. Email invitations will only be sent to residents that have not yet registered.
In addition to the new invitation process, admins can also check each association’s invitation results for the latest batch of invites. You can view how many homeowners opened the email invite or clicked on the registration link. You can also see how many residents registered or unsubscribed from the automatic invites and whether there were any errors or issues with invitations being sent to certain email addresses.
