Our development team has been working hard to add features and updates to the ComWeb Signals platform this month. As updates have been released throughout the month, you can read a summary of this month’s release notes for Signals below.

New Features & Enhancements

Purchasing Credits
Credits can now be purchased through Signals directly, in any quantity that you require.

Instructions on how to do this can be found on our knowledge base by clicking here.

Active Associations
To help with streamlining Signals and remove unnecessary or unwanted information, associations can now be set as inactive. For associations that do not use Signals as communications, setting them as inactive will remove the associations from any drop downs or configuration settings, ensuring the information you need is easier to find.

When logged in as an admin with appropriate permissions, under Settings, go to Associations. On this page you will be able to choose which associations you want active. When you set an association to active, it will initiate a sync update with the accounting system to make sure that all contact information is up-to-date.

Any new associations that get synced into ComWeb Signals are inactive by default and need to be set active to send out communications.

Current Customer Notice: For our current Signals customers, associations that have never sent out any communications will be set inactive. If you can’t find an association that you were going to send out a communication for, it may have been set inactive and you will want to go to the associations settings to change that. Unused associations will be set inactive later today.

Optimizations & Bug Fixes
Various fixes and updates have been introduced to Signals. Fixes are related to improving accuracy of contact information from the accounting system and from a resident’s subscription choices. Shortened the pause at the start of Voice Broadcasts. The sync times were improved for better performance.

Should you experience any issues with this update, please immediately reach out to the ComWeb Support Team at support@comweb4me.com.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
